Vintage Notes
2021 was a very windy vintage and the vines were pummelled relentlessly during flowering and berry set. This resulted in a slightly smaller crop. The resulting small berries meant great concentration, however careful handling in the cellar was needed to ensure a balanced wine. Grapes were otherwise healthy and disease-free. The seven varietals from which this wine is made came from trellised vineyards, grown in Malmesbury shale and situated some 270m to 340m above sea level and received no irrigation.
